1. 50% discount on remote health check of your licenced Commvault environment
2. A pre-scoping discussion will be conducted to determine delivery and costing (up to a maximum of 3 days)
3. Must be paid upfront before 30 August 2019 to confirm booking of the service at the discounted rate
4. A Health Report will be issued upon completion of the healthcheck

The following exclusions apply:

1. Any project related work that will have an impact on the currently designed infrastructure. These projects will be discussed upfront and quoted for separately.
2. The content of what needs to be protected on servers are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Any additional Commvault licenses required to protect the environment must be purchased separately by the customer.
4. If Gabsten identifies that the Commvault environment (backup or archive) is not functioning correctly because of circumstances and/or third party applications outside of our control it will be communicated to the customer.
5. Gabsten will not be held responsible to resolve any incidents whether related to the Commvault suite of products or environmental issues.
